Taking off two roofs and replacing it. They were timely, worked consistently, cleaned up the yard making sure there were no mails or old roofing left behind. I had my roof replaced due to wind damage. Advanced Applicators roofing helped me through this entire process. They came to my house and met with my insurance adjuster and pointed out problems that the adjuster did not find. Because of this I have a whole new roof instead of just on one side that would have led to future problems. My roof was replaced in just a matter of a couple of days and it looks great. The shingles they recommended gave my house a face-lift. I would strongly recommend Advanced Applicators Roofing to anyone needing any kind of work done to their roof.

Our house desperately needed a new roof. Bruce was able to come out and look at my house within a few hours. He called me the next morning with a quote and I hired him on the spot. Bruce and his guys came out to that first house and within two days had totally ripped off the two old layers, re-roofed the house, and replaced several rotted boards along the roof. I was very impressed with the work all of the guys did. They were very polite not only to me but to my wife and my friend's wife. They went out of their way to make sure they were respectful.
Our second house had both a regular shingled roof as well as a metal roof. The shingled side had to be stripped down two layers and some of the joists as well as the plywood had to be replaced because of water damage. Again Bruce made it a point to come out quickly and give me a quote. He had his guys out within in a week and in some very chill weather they re-roofed the house. His guys were great again. Any problems or concerns that I've had with the work were immediately addressed and/or fixed. Bruce and his guys are the BEST. I have referred Bruce to several of my friends through the years. All of them have said the same thing. They were VERY impressed with the quality of work and the speed in which the work was done.
Bruce has fantastic customer service skills. He makes it a point to make sure not only the work has been done correctly but that the customer is happy and satisfied. The customer is very important to Bruce.
I can't say enough about Bruce and his guys. He is one of the few contractors that I have dealt with that are not only professional but extremely prideful of their work. The quality of Bruce's work reflects the kind of man Bruce Parrett is.

I recently had my roof torn off from the wind storm in 2008. Fortunately I had heard about the good work Advanced Applicators Roofing was doing for my neighbors, so I called to find out if this company could come and give me a free estimate for my damaged roof. Bruce was very prompt and thorough. It was very helpful to have the estimate when the insurance adjuster came to give his estimate. Once the insurance company agreed to replace the roof, Advanced Applicators Roofing helped me to pick out a roof that would fall within the insurance companies guidelines. I actually ended up with a much more attractive and energy efficient roof than I had before. If my roof ever gets torn off again, I am sure to call this company and will reccomend them for any friends or family that needs work on their roof.

I had my roof replaced a few years ago because of hail damage. I thought everything was done well until I had water leaking into my fireplace. The company I had hired to put a new roof was not local and had gone out of business. They had taken some shortcuts and didn't properly install the flashing around the chimney. Advanced Applicators Roofing replaced my roof after the wind storm of 2008. In a time where there were hundreds of people who suffered damage from the storm, I felt like a priority. My house was not a particularly attractive job; being both difficult and not much square footage. Mr. Parrett worked with the insurance company and was willing to contact them for me. There was never a hassle nor awkward negotiation. This is while I cannot even get another roofing company to call me back.
